The online DONOR/MEMBER registration Google form for 5787 2026/7, which may be filled out on your computer or cellular device, can be accessed by the link:
When form is complete, just SUBMIT and it will be forwarded to our server. Be sure all required fields with * are filled out or Google will not accept the form.
SPECIAL NOTICE:Starting in the 2025 tax year, for public institutions that have approval under section 46 of the Income Tax Ordinance, the Tax Authority implemented policies and procedures, requiring that all tax receipts to donors must be issued through the Tax Authority's “Digital Donation System”. Our receipt software is connected to the Tax Authority and receives a unique registration number for each receipt. The receipt details are stored in the donor's personal area and can be used for tax benefits. Detailed information can be found at the following websites:
For Hazvi Israel to comply with the rules for issuing receipts, and for donors to receive their tax credit, all donations must include the following:
· Israel ID Number
· Hebrew Name as it appears on Israel ID
· English Name and telephone number (for Hazvi Israel internal use only)
· Email address to send receipt
Please use the online Google membership and donor registration form this year so that we have the most correct ID and email information. The Tax Authority advises all Israeli citizens to register and gain access to their personal file on the government website (אזור אישי). Anonymous donations (no Israel ID number) may still be made.

We would like to stress to members that the money received from membership and seat fees covers just over 50% of the annual expenses of the Bet Knesset and that the deficit needs to be covered by donations from the congregation especially for Aliyot, Smachot, Yizkor and Yahrzeits. Donations can be made directly to Hazvi Israel, and using PEF or J-Give.

Option 3) A check payable to Hazvi Israel, drawn on Israel or US bank, sent by regular mail to the shul address or delivered directly to the shul.

Instructions for donations to receive a 501c US tax receipt
If you require a 501c US tax receipt, then please use PEF Israel Endowment Fund. You have the option to make a bank transfer or simply perform a transaction by credit card from their website.
The following are basic instructions:
If you go to their website https://pefisrael.org/ you will see an explanation about donations, but essentially, they are moving online to either credit card or bank transfer grants.
For Bank Transfer (The preferred option, as no fees are deducted):The FIRST task is for you to send an email to info@pefisrael.org to notify that you intend to make a bank transfer. PEF will then send you the bank account information and further instructions. We recommend the email should contain the following wording:---------------------------------SUBJECT: Notification for Bank Transfer in favor of Beit Haknesset Hatzvi Yisrael, Jerusalem
BODY OF MESSAGE: We, (your name/organization, address) wish to receive instructions to perform a bank/wire transfer donation to PEF in favor of Beit Haknesset Hatzvi Yisrael, POB 4400, Jerusalem, Israel, Tax ID: 58-0012722.
For credit/debit card:
Use the “Donate Now” button in the lower right of their main web page to make the donation. Please note that the credit card service used by PEF deducts a 3.5% fee.
On the next screen, enter our organization ID number 58-0012722 and then select “Beit Haknesset Hatzvi Israel”. You will then see our organization registration page, scroll down and select the “Donate Now” button.
A new window will open which allows you to enter the US$ amount. Then “Donate Now” to move to the next window where you enter your personal details. Once all information is entered you move to the final screen to enter credit card details and complete the transaction.

ניתן לגשת לטופס הרישום המקוון של "גוגל" עבור תורמים/חברים לשנת תשפ"ז 2026/7, אותו ניתן למלא במחשב או במכשיר הנייד, באמצעות הקישור:
בסיום מילוי הטופס, פשוט לחצו על SUBMIT (שלח) והוא יועבר לשרת שלנו. אנא ודאו שכל שדות החובה המסומנים בכוכבית (*) מולאו, אחרת גוגל לא תקבל את הטופס.
