Erev Pesach 5780
Dear community members,
Unfortunately, for about three weeks our Shul is closed. Every day I pass by the Shul, which we have prepared, cleaned and arranged for Pesach and unfortunately, the Shul will remain closed this year.
Despite the great difficulty, we try as far as possible to continue some of the activities as you can see in the notices that we send to you.
We have received donations from you for the Kimcha Dapischa, and thanks to these donations, we have transferred Cards to buy food to families in need. Those who still want to donate please contact Abraham Samson (the Chairman of the shul) or me.
For the past few weeks, I have been in direct contact with most members of the community in Israel and abroad and on behalf of the community have asked about their safety. I will continue to do so as long as necessary.
If any of you (from Israel or abroad) need any help, please contact Abraham or me. We have a team of people ready to help with anything, so feel free to contact us.
Finally, Channi and I wish you all a happy holiday, and above all, Health for you all.
Hope we meet soon in our synagogue.
Menachem
