ציבור החברים מוזמן לאסיפה כללית שתתקיים:

המקום : בית הכנסת המרכזי,
השעה : 19:30
סדר היום : 1.דוח ועדת ביקורת,
2.אישור דוח מילולי ל- 2018,
3.אישור הדוחות הכספיים לשנת 2018,
4.מינוי רואה חשבון לעמותה,
5.מינוי ועדת ביקורת,
6. אישור מורשי חתימה לעמותה,
7. בחירות לוועד בית הכנסת,
8. שונות
הערות : - אם לא יגיעו בשעה 19:30 לפחות שליש מהחברים,
תדחה הישיבה בחצי שעה,לשעה 20:00,
ותתקיים בכל מספר של חברים שיגיעו.
חבר או חברה המעוניין להגיש מועמדות להיבחר לוועד בית הכנסת, ימסור את שמו בכתב למנחם, בצרוף שמם של שלשה חברים התומכים במועמדותו, עד ליום רביעי טז' סיון תשע"ט 19/6/19.
ANNUAL GENERAL MEMBERSHIP MEETING
The General Membership Meeting of Hazvi Yisrael Synagogue will be held on Monday June 24, 2019 , 21 Sivan 5779, at 7:30 PM in Blondheim Hall. Please note that if one third of the membership is not present at 7:30, the meeting will begin at 8:00 PM with those present.

2) Report of the Vaadat HaBikoret for 2018
3) Adoption of Audited Financial Statements for the year ending December 31, 2018
4) Adoption of the Doch Miluli (Compliance Report) for 2018
5) Appointment of the members of the Vaadat Habikoret for the coming year.
6) Appointment of the auditor for the Amuta for the coming year.
7) Confirmation of the authorized signatories of the Amuta for the coming year.
8) Elections for the Vaad Beit HaKnesset

Any member who wants to stand for election to the Vaad should present his/her candidacy in writing, endorsed by the signatures of three members, to Menachem Levinsky no later than June 19, 16 Sivan,
