ANNUAL GENERAL MEMBERSHIP MEETING
The General Membership Meeting of Hazvi Yisrael Synagogue will be held on Monday June 25, 2018 , 12 Tammuz 5778, at 7:30 PM in Blondheim Hall. Please note that if one third of the membership is not present at 7:30, the meeting will begin at 8:00 PM with those present.

1) Chairman's Report
2) Report of the Vaadat HaBikoret for 2017
3) Adoption of Audited Financial Statements for the year ending December 31, 2017
4) Adoption of the Doch Miluli (Compliance Report) for 2017.
5) Appointment of the members of the Vaadat Habikoret for the coming year.
6) Appointment of the auditor for the Amuta for the coming year.
7) Confirmation of the authorized signatories of the Amuta for the coming year.
8) Confirmation of the members of the Vaad for the coming year

הערות : - אם לא יגיעו בשעה 19:30 לפחות שליש מהחברים, תדחה הישיבה בחצי שעה,לשעה 20:00, ותתקיים בכל מספר של חברים שיגיעו.
